Despite what many buyers think, people are buying. And buying real estate in Silver lake is as competitive as maybe dare I say, 5 years ago. Silver Lake Homes and Echo Park Homes priced below $700,000 are moving. And while some buyers are quite active and know the competition for Silver Lake real estate is fierce, others are still in disbelief and are waiting for the perfect home, at the perfect price and the perfect location. I’ll be honest with you. There are 100’s of ready and willing buyers with the same desire to purchase a home in Silver Lake and Echo Park. My advice.
